With TX defensive driving school, it'll be like it never happened
It's true, getting a ticket is a bit of a beating, but that doesn't mean getting it dismissed should be, too. Fortunately, Texas drivers can dismiss a citation by completing a defensive driving course and, even more fortunate, they can take that course online. After you receive a ticket, you have a set amount of time to communicate with the court. Without letting that time expire, contact the court about the possibility of dismissing your citation by completing a defensive driving course. Once you've gotten permission, register for and complete a TEA/TDLR approved course and then submit the completion certificate back to the court. It's really that easy to keep your driving record clean and your insurance premiums low.
